The Active Pay-off Machine is designed for stable and efficient unwinding of single wires or wire bundles, ensuring consistent tension and smooth production flow.

It adopts a shaftless pneumatic top-clamping system with electric screw lifting, enabling fast reel loading and unloading while reducing manual operation. The integrated dual-reel structure saves floor space and improves operational efficiency.

Equipped with a precision tension control system and analog feedback sensor, the machine maintains constant tension and synchronizes automatically with downstream equipment such as bunching, single twist, or bow twisting machines.
