Ball screw Taiwan TBI 2505 ball screw, featuring high transmission accuracy; manufactured by precision grinding process with excellent surface finish, good accuracy retention, and long service life. The nut is well engineered with high load-bearing capacity.
Metal fixtures All fixtures are hard chrome plated. The clamping blocks are made of imported SKD-11 tool steel from Japan; after heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC55 or above, featuring excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
Rotating bearings NSK deep groove ball bearings (Japan)
Guide rods Two Φ30 bearing steel rods with surface hardening treatment; surface hardness up to HRC58 or above.
Reduction unit OTIS precision vacuum die-cast aluminum gearbox, reduction ratio 120.
Dust protection device Equipped with Taiwan telescopic dust cover to protect the screw and prevent dust ingress.
Surface treatment DuPont powder coating (USA), electrostatic spraying process; cured at high temperature of 200 °C to ensure long-lasting color without fading.
Display method Testing software with computer display.
Machine frame One-piece extruded aluminum alloy profiles, featuring high strength, low deformation, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Fixture lifting Equipped with an auxiliary remote controller for fixture lifting.
Safety devices Overload protection with automatic shutdown, upper and lower travel limit switches, and specimen break protection with automatic stop.
