Type CM-HLT Series
Chamber structure The chamber is manufactured by CNC machining with an elegant and well-proportioned design, and is equipped with non-reactive handles for easy operation. The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror-finish panels, while the outer chamber is constructed of A3 steel plates with powder coating, enhancing appearance and cleanliness. A large observation window with built-in lighting ensures a bright interior; the embedded tempered glass with integrated heating element allows clear observation of the chamber conditions at all times. A Φ50 mm test port is provided for external connection of test power cables or signal cables.
Control system Temperature control is realized by a Japan RKC digital temperature controller. The temperature control output power is calculated by microcomputer-based PID control.
Refrigeration system The refrigeration unit adopts a France-original Tecumseh fully hermetic compressor. Components such as the filter dryer, refrigerant flow sight glass, service valve, oil separator, solenoid valve, and liquid receiver are all imported original parts.
