Recently, a CABMAC Rigid Frame Stranding Machine has been successfully delivered to a South American customer, where it has been received and positioned at the factory site.

The delivered machine is a 630-type rigid frame stranding machine with 12, 18 and 24 bobbin cages, fully tested before shipment to ensure smooth installation.

Shipment & Transportation

The equipment was delivered in modular sections:

Main machine and cages transported separately
Key components securely packed
Proper lifting points and balance ensured

According to the operation manual, balanced lifting using steel wire ropes ensures safe handling during transportation

On-site Receiving

Upon arrival at the customer’s factory, the receiving process was completed smoothly:

No visible transportation damage
All modules delivered completely
Smooth unloading and positioning

The machine was accurately placed using overhead cranes, ready for installation.

The machine features PLC control and closed-loop tension system to ensure stable and high-quality production.
